*For your first order, all custom stamp cookie orders require 3 weeks’ notice. There is an additional $30 charge for your custom stamp. After your first order, the standard 2 weeks’ notice is our minimum requirement and we will reuse your stamp.​

Fill in our custom order request form with as much detail as possible. We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days. Once we accept your order request, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking payable within 48hrs.

What flavour are your custom cookies?We make vanilla flavoured sugar cookies with fondant icing.

How much notice is required for a custom cookie order?For custom orders, please get in touch as soon as you can with at least 3 weeks (or more!) lead time. This gives us time to order anything we might need to create the perfect cookies for your occasion. Sometimes we can accommodate your booking within this time frame. Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

How long do your cookies last?Our cookies are individually heat sealed. They will taste their best if they remain sealed until eaten, within 6 weeks. That being said, they are shelf stable for longer. If you have more self-control than me, store them in a cool, dry area for a sneaky snack down the track!

How should I store the cookies?Cookies will arrive in individually sealed bags. They should be stored in a cool, dry place - they do not require refridgeration nor would we recommend it. Ideally, store your cookies in a cupboard where they won't be impacted by sunlight.

What ingredients do you use?We use high quality ingredients to make our cookies, including flour, butter, eggs, custard powder, baking powder, vanilla bean paste, salt, fondant and food colouring. Our cookies contain GLUTEN and MILK PRODUCTS. Cookies may contain traces of nuts.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?No. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater to dietary requirements at this stage.

Do you offer postage or is it pick up only?Our custom cookies can be posted via Express Post, or collected from Clyde North, in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Postage is an additional cost.

Is there a minimum order?Yes, all custom cookie sets have a minimum order of 12 cookies.

Do you offer custom corporate cookies?Yes, we do have a range of custom corporate cookies that are perfect for events or client gifts. Get in touch via our custom corporate cookies page for everything you need to know about corporate orders.

Is there a discount if we order in bulk?When divided per cookie, bulk orders still require the same time, ingredients, and expertise. Due to the nature of our work, we’re unable to offer discounts. If you’re working to a tight budget, get in touch to discuss what we can achieve in our Classic Set or Premium Package.

Can I cancel my custom order?We understand that sometimes your plans change. We’ll do our best to accommodate a change of date if required. Remember that our cookies last for 6 weeks in tip-top condition, so if your party is simply pushed forward a week, you can safely store your cookies for the following weekend. If your event has been completely cancelled, we'll provide a full refund with more than 2 weeks' notice (excluding custom stamp fees or edible prints that have already been purchased/printed). Cancellations within 2 weeks of pickup will receive a 50% refund on their order (minus the exclusions above).
