Handle your cutters with care to keep them looking and performing their best.

• Hand wash gently with dishwashing liquid and a soft brush in warm water before first use and after each use.

• Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Exposure to heat or prolonged moisture can cause permanent warping or damage.

• Keep away from direct heat or sunlight — PLA will warp at temperatures above 50 °C.

• Dry thoroughly before storing in a cool, dry place.

• Not suitable for hot sugar, melted chocolate, or oven use.

• Inspect regularly and discontinue use if any cracks, sharp edges, or wear appear.

Made from high-quality, plant-based PLA derived from renewable sources. Safe for food contact, but not heat-proof. 

Please note: Sweet Like Alya cutters are not eligible for replacement or refund if damaged due to improper care or exposure to heat.

All cutters are made to order in our Melbourne studio.

Orders are dispatched twice weekly — on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Orders must be submitted by midnight Monday for Tuesday dispatch, or by midnight Thursday for Friday dispatch.

Orders placed after these cut-off times will ship on the next scheduled dispatch day.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

All orders are sent via Australia Post (Standard or Express), or local pickup from Clyde North is available by appointment. See our full shipping policy here.

If you need your order urgently, please contact us before purchasing to confirm if we can accommodate your timeline.

Each cutter is made to order with care in our Melbourne studio, and every item is checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

As our products are custom-made food contact items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please take a moment to double-check sizes and details before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it quickly.

Please note that cutters damaged due to improper use, exposure to heat, soaking, or dishwasher cleaning are not eligible for replacement or refund.
