All stamps and cutters are made to order in our Melbourne studio.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be made and dispatched.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Orders are sent via Australia Post (Standard or Express), with local pickup from Clyde North (3978) also available by appointment.

Handle your embossers & cutters with care to keep them looking and performing their best.

• Hand wash gently with dishwashing liquid and a soft brush in cool or lukewarm water before first use and after each use.

• Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Heat and prolonged moisture may cause permanent warping or damage.

• Keep away from direct heat and sunlight. PLA may warp at temperatures above 50°C.

• Dry thoroughly before storing in a cool, dry place.

• Not suitable for hot sugar, melted chocolate or oven use.

• Inspect regularly and discontinue use if any cracks, sharp edges or damage appear.
  

Made from high-quality PLA. PLA is not heat-resistant.

Sweet Like Alya embossers & cutters are not eligible for replacement or refund where damage has resulted from improper care or exposure to heat.

As our embossers & cutters are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check sizes and product details before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help.

Products damaged through improper care or use are not eligible for replacement or refund.
