All stamps and cutters are made to order in our Melbourne studio.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be made and dispatched.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Orders are sent via Australia Post (Standard or Express), with local pickup from Clyde North also available by appointment.

Handle your embossers & cutters with care to keep them looking and performing their best.

• Hand wash gently with dishwashing liquid and a soft brush in cool or lukewarm water before first use and after each use.

• Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Heat and prolonged moisture will cause permanent warping or damage.

• Keep away from direct heat and sunlight. PLA may warp at temperatures above 50°C.

• Dry thoroughly before storing in a cool, dry place.

• Not suitable for hot sugar, melted chocolate or oven use.

• Inspect regularly and discontinue use if any cracks, sharp edges or damage appear.

Made from high-quality PLA suitable for food contact. PLA is not heat-resistant.

Sweet Like Alya embossers & cutters are not eligible for replacement or refund where damage has resulted from improper care or exposure to heat.

Each embosser & cutter is made to order with care in our Melbourne studio, and every item is checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

As our products are made-to-order food contact items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please take a moment to double-check sizes and product details before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it quickly.

Products damaged due to improper use, exposure to heat, soaking or dishwasher cleaning are not eligible for replacement or refund.
