Orders are dispatched twice weekly — on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Orders must be submitted by midnight Monday for Tuesday dispatch, or by midnight Thursday for Friday dispatch.

Orders placed after these cut-off times will ship on the next scheduled dispatch day.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Each stamp is meticulously made by iemboss, and checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our high quality standards.

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please take a moment to double-check sizes and details before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it quickly. View our full T&Cs here.

Handle gently and avoid using metal tools on the surface. Wash with mild soapy water, rinse, and air dry. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher.

Store flat in a cool, dry place, allowing space between stamps to prevent scratches or breakage. Acrylic is strong but still delicate.
